A Clear Design Process

For over 25 years, David Adkins has been providing landscape designs for entertaining, relaxation and inspiration. No matter how large or small we focus on creating unique gardens for our clients. Our process is simple 

Our Design Steps

SIMPLE PROCESS

  1. Landscape Company (LC) meets client and secures the design, or client contacts LC for design. After meeting, LC measures the site (Front/back yard) and records Client’s needs and yard style 

  2. LC sends ALD survey information.

  3. ALD provides draft design to LC within 3-7 working days.and collects design deposit (50%)

  4. LC approves and forwards to client or makes revisions and returns to ALD. (ALD completes first draft revisions within 1-3 days and returns to LC).

  5. Client approves draft or makes revisions (1 major, 2 minor rev’s) and sends to LC. LC sends this to ALD.

  6. ALD provides final design within 3 days. LC approves and signs off.  ALD is sent final payment.
